We make the process of buying a used vehicle easy, stress free and straightforward, our aim is to be helpful, courteous, professional, provide a first class service and give customer satisfaction - you can only achieve those things by being honest, transparent, helpful and show understanding to the clients needs.

 

As well as offering vehicles for sale, we also offer a vehicle sourcing service (locate or supply). Our vehicle sourcing service is where we find you the vehicle of your choice (Touring Caravans, Minibus, SUV's, 4x4's, Cars & Bikes), you tell us what vehicle you are looking for and we will try and find it from around the country.

• Could help buy a newer vehicle than what you might expect.

 

We Have 2 Sourcing Options:

1. Sourcing & Supply Service - (retail Price).

2. Sourcing Service Only - (trade price).

 

The First Option:- This is the normal way that you would buy a vehicle from a garage, the benefit / difference is we actually source the particular vehicle of your choice; giving you more control and taking away the challenge and worry of trying to find that perfect vehicle for the right price.

 

You tell us what vehicle you are looking for, give us as much details as possible. Pay a deposit (£100) to secure our services, we then spend time, expense and resources trying to find your vehicle from around the country. We keep you informed all through the process and you can let us make the final decision or you can have the final say on the vehicle to buy.

 

We collect the vehicle and prepare it for you, you can come and view the vehicle, pay for it (minus the £100 deposit) and drive it away (or have it delivered). Or you can engage any of our other services and get a 15% discount on the chosen service/s. You can then pay for the vehicle and drive it away or have it delivered.

 

Example: (option 1) – We supply the customer the vehicle of their choice which cost £3500. They get the year / registration agreed previously, the vehicle is checked for defects and cleaned to a good standard. The customer can engage any of our other services and get a 15% discount. We can arrange for the vehicle to be serviced if the customer requires it but this is at their cost. (we do not service vehicles).

 

The Second Option:- This option could save you money when compared to the retail price/value of a vehicle. You will benefit from our facility to purchase a vehicle from the auction (nationwide), this will allow you access to vehicles nationwide, giving the customer more choice & flexibility. You will save on buyers fees as well as saving hundreds on the retail price/value of a vehicle.

 

The buyer must be aware that you buy the vehicle at your own risk and at Auction ‘Terms & conditions’ at the time. However, some vehicles are covered by an AA report which gives you a guarantee for 24 hours or 500 miles after buying & collection to return the vehicle if there is a problem. You can also buy other vehicle’s covered by Bronze, Silver or Gold Assurances which again provided a certain level of security when buying from the auction.

 

Example: (option 2) – You buy the vehicle of your choice which cost your maximum £3500 (trade price), but the retail price/value is about £4500. You might get a newer reg vehicle for your budget than you expect, and a saving of £1000 off the retail price/value – if nothing is wrong with it then good. However, if something is wrong with it and it’s going to cost £350 to fix then you still get a newer reg vehicle than you expected and still save £650.

 

To make the process of buying from auction more acceptable, you could buy a vehicle “warranty” after you have bought the vehicle, this would give you peace of mind and cover the cost of any future repairs.

 

We do not drive customers vehicle’s when they are in our possession, we only test drive them to make sure the vehicle is OK (max 10 miles), we drive them to our storage facility and to our local garage if servicing or MOT is required. We collect & deliver customer’s vehicles by trailer.

 

We will conduct ourselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times with good communication throughout the process, receipts and acknowledgements will be issued as and when required. We will not use the customers vehicle whilst it is in our possession, except to undertake the instructed works.
