EXTERIOR VALET / DETAILING
The term 'Valet or Detailing' is the professional trade name used to describe the restoring or improvement of a vehicle's paint colour as well as glass, trims, lights and wheels. No paint is used on the vehicle's body, trims or wheels - this is not a paint touch-up or re-spray service. We use a variety of liquid formula's, tools and techniques to de-contaminate the vehicles bodywork and improve the vehicle's overall look and feel - leaving a glossy look & smooth feel.
Our valet / detailing service is available to all makes, types, sizes and colour of vehicles. All materials used are industry approved and kind to the environment. The process is the same for all vehicles.
We also remove graphics from all types of vehicles except trucks, coaches and lorry's. There are two steps, the first is to just remove the graphics only which will leave the outline of the graphics which has been removed - the second is to apply the valet / detailing process which will leave the vehicle as if it never had any graphics. All materials used are industry approved and kind to the environment.
THE VALET / DETAILING PROCESS (1)
The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned by hand with warm water sprayed onto the bodywork and wiped off using Micro-Fibre cleaning towels to remove the surface dirt.

The paintwork and trims, are deep cleaned / cleansed using an appropriate pre-wax cleaner to remove grime, stains, tar spots, tree sap, and embedded dirt, this process will improve the colour, look and feel of the vehicle, the pre-wax cleaner is applied to one panel at a time and left for 1 minute then removed. The application is done by hand using the appropriate cloths and pads. All glass, trims & wheels are also deep cleaned, the tyre walls are also cleaned and treated to look cleaner / new look.

The vehicle's paintwork is then fully waxed using a good quality liquid wax, for a small extra cost we can also use a hard wax formula. For an extra cost we can also use Carnauba wax, Carnauba car wax is the hardest natural wax on the market. It’s produced by palm trees in Brazil to coat its leaves and shield them from #
non-natural & natural elements, especially the intense tropical sun. The wax is applied by hand, removed by hand and is then machine polished.

Depending on the level of valet / detail, the size of the vehicle and how dirty it is, the whole process normally take between 2 to 3 hours (this time is reduced by 15mins if vehicle is cleaned before coming in)

We also offer a lite detailing service, this service is cheaper and takes less time.

The paintwork and trims, are then cleaned using an appropriate intensive cleaner to remove stains, tar spots & tree sap and general improve the look of the vehicle. The intensive cleaner is sprayed unto the vehicle and then rubbed off, the application is done by hand using the appropriate cloths and pads. All glass, trims & wheels are also cleaned using the same method, the tyre walls are also cleaned and treated to look cleaner.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost will be reduced by £5 if the vehicle is washed prior to coming to us, the total time of the detail will also be reduced by up to 15 minutes depending on the size of the vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: A charge of £10 will be added if the vehicle has baked on tree sap, tar, etc.

SILVER SERVICE - Paintwork, Wheels & Tyres - add £10 to normal price.
GOLD SERVICE - Paintwork, Wheels, Tyres, Trims & Lights - add £19 to normal price.
PLATINUM SERVICE - Paintwork, Glass, Wheels, Tyres, Trims & Lights - add £30 to normal price.

Body wraps, graphics & sign writing removal PROCESS
The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned with warm water sprayed onto the bodywork and wiped off using cleaning towels to remove surface dirt.

Using a variety of tools, heat and glue remover, the graphics and glue are slowly and carefully removed from each panel and / or glass. The outline of the graphics will still be visible on the bodywork but not the glass - This can be the end of the process which costs less - for the complete service which cost more:- Read Below.

COST OF removing body wraps, graphics & sign writing
Each Job is priced on an individual basis and will depend on the size of the vehicle as well as the size, complexity and amount of body wrap, graphics or sign writing to be removed. However, we are confident that we are the cheapest service available, if not we will try and beat any quote within a 20 mile radius.
